A good saturday

Today was a good day. It started off slow but picked up into a really good ending. When I woke up I realized that for the first time in the whole year, I was going to be in Bruce with out Karina, Marcy, or Fran for the whole day. After me and Travis went to lunch, I went to the library and got my mallet solo that Nathan wanted me to get and went down stairs to Travis's room and played Starcraft for a few hours.

After that, he wanted to go work out so I said I would call him to go eat. At about 5:45, I saw Luis by the front desk and he wanted to go eat so I called Travis but he was still gone, so I left and ate at Kerr. Little did I know that Travis would get back 10min later and that only 2min later Brenna called me to come over and watch some movies with her and her sister. So after I get back from eating, I find Travis and decided to check my messages. I quickly decided to go be with Brenna instead of eating cuz I knew we would end up eating out later on. We watched Swordfish, then went out to IHOP (see i knew we would go out)

Then we all went to Travis' room to watch Fight Club and just hang out. It was great to see Brenna again and talk with her. Shes feeling better, which is good, and I love to be with her because she makes me laugh. April emailed me today too. I hadn't heard from her in a while, so I decided to write her back. Surprisingly, she emailed me back already. No one ever emails me back in the same day. Kinda cool.

I wonder how things went today at the ranger thing with Karina and them. I guess I'll ask about it tomorrow. Oh yea, Morgan finaly emailed me back a few days ago. Thank You.

First day of teaching

I taught the percussion at Turner today. It was pretty cool actualy. I got to see Morgan, Tamara, and Vickie while I was there and we only did stuff for about 45min then sat around and did squat for a whie. Sullivan wants me to come back on friday so I can see how it all fits with the band. I still haven't talked about payment yet, but I dont really know how to ask about it. I guess the direct answer is always best.

Anywayz, I also got a late chritmas/late birthday present from Travis today. He decided that while he was at home he would buy us all gifts since he didn't do it for our birthdays. But he didn't really know us real well when we had them, so we didn't expect anything from him to begin with. However, It was a totaly cool thing to do. He got me an American flag to replace the one that those bastards stole from me. He got Marcy the likin park cd and I cant remember what he got fran and karina. Im sure it was something cool though.

Im pretty board right now, Im just sitting here. I could go see Ed Soph play, but I decided against it because I hate the people in this music program and I really dont care. Karina is out somewhere and Fran is at a lab. Travis is out doing something somewhere and Vennessa is in a meeting. Well, I guess I'll go give Marcy a whats up but Im sure she will be studying. Oh well.

monday Monday MONDAY

I finaly get to start working on monday at my highschool. It should be pretty cool. I get to go see alot of my old friends and teach them a few tricks of the trade and stuff. Also, with any luck, I'll catch Morgan on her way in or something. Its gonna be the first job I've ever really had. Kinda weird how I've gone 19 years with no job or anything. Oh well, at least now I'll have some money of my own and I wont have to ask my parents for it all the time.

The past few days have been pretty good. I missed 2 assignments in MuHu though...sucks. I can still do one of them so ill do that tonight. Mostly, I've been hanging out with "the circle" (fran, travis, karina, marcy, and me). I call it the circle so I wont have to type in all their names again. Right now, karina is studying, marcy is studying, fran might be sleeping, and travis is either studying or sleeping.

I tried to call Morgan tonight to see if it monday was a B day or A day. Her mom said she was sick and alseep, but I found out from one of my other friends anyway. I dont know if I would have brought up the fact that she hasn't emailed me since early dec. Oh well, if I see her on monday I'll make sure I say something to her. She never did give me a brithday gift either. Of course, neither did my friends up here either. Although, at least they made part of it. They just never got around to finishing it.

A good movie, a good day

I saw a good movie tonight, Black Hawk Down. Its about a mission in Somolia that the special ops did back in 93. It was a great movie and story and it was kinda sad too. At the end it said that 1000 somalians died in the raid and only 19 American soilders died. Thats really good odds for us!! The only sent in like 100 men in the first place.

Afterwards, me, fran, and travis went to Tia's to eat dinner. I had the cassedias which were really good. We talked about our worst dates ever and travis took the gold. I wont get into it, but lets just say its the worst story I've ever heard.

Now we are just chilling in Frans room waiting for Karina to get up here. She's talking to her sister on the phone about whatever. Marcy is online across the room from me, kinda wierd.

No school tomorrow, YEAH!!! Over all, I'd say it was a good day.
