Wow, its been a long time since i last worte in here. When the summer was over, I went to write in it again and my computer crashed and i lost what i had wrote. So i was so mad i just lost all interest in this. But Im back.....yea!!!
So...let me bring you up to speed. Im now officialy a music education major and Im preparing for my first set of barrier tests. Should be really interesting. Ive met some new friends this semester. Lets go down the list:
I first met Sarah from crumley. I sarted off liking her, but she got weird all the sudden. That and i stoped seeing her for like 3 weeks, so I just kinda gave up. I still see her around and I say hi to her, but none of that other stuff any more.
Then there was Venessa, that was fun.....:( Yea, i liked her alot but she ended up just being a slut. I did ask her out, but she told me that i was pretty much just not good enough for her......yea......i dont talk to her much anymore. Its also werid because she lives in B3 just like venessa from last year.
Next there is jessica. Shes dating Travis now which is pretty cool. We knew her last year and we all thought she was pretty damn cute. Pretty ironic how travis is with her now. Oh well, gives the rest of us hope to keep going for what we see.
The newest addition is Desiree. Shes coming to band banquet with me on saturday which I was pretty suprised when she said yes. I had oringinaly thought about asking sarah, but then changed my mind to her. We've had some interesting times together, nothing I'd like to share with everyone online, but I would like to say that I dont think I've laughed so hard with a girl like I do when Im around her. Even if things dont work out the way Id like to, I'll still be friends with her. Hell, why give up a good friend.
Thats about it up to now. Pretty rough as far as emotional stuff goes, but I know I'll get through it all ok. Ive got my friends here and my music to relax me, so no matter what happens I'll keep my hopes up.
Its time for a new motto for this new school year, so this years is, "Never give up, no matter what." That applies to more than just one thing in my life right now. Especialy the marimba part, geez, sometimes i just want to quit being a music major. But I know I'll survive if i dont give up. Like I said last night to someone, Id rather loose than give up again.

Summer so far....
Well...summer is half way over so i figured I update finaly. So far it has been pretty fun. I've been down to see Travis a couple of times and met some really cool people. I've seen my highschool friends alot too. It seems like every weekend we try and do something together. I've even become closer with Tamara which is really great.
This summer has also been quite shocking recently. Some things have been brought to my attention that i really didn't expect from a few people. These kids now a days! Oh well, we all grow up sometime its just a matter of when. I just didn't expect it to be that fast for some...
For whats left of the summer I will be in school at Brookhaven College. Im taking History to 1865 and I still haven't got my books yet. Me and Travis were going to go to the John Mayer concert but we decided against it since its on the first tuesday of when school starts again. I wanted to go, but its not worth it knowing I'll have an 8 o'clock that next morning.
As for my motto of the summer, Tap that ass... well thats a story for another time ;)

It Is Finished
Wow, my first year of college is over! So much has happend in the last year, where do I begin to tell you about it. Through out everything that happend, I think I have changed and not changed in some ways.
For one, I think I've definitly become more aware of how people are out side of my small friends circle. I've become more open minded, more willing to change and try new things. I think I look at women a little more harshly than I did before I came. With all the girl stuff that has happend this year to me and to my friends, I have good reason to be bitter and my guy friends will agree with me.
I think I've gotten worse on procrastinating (I know I spelled that wrong so back off lol). I've gotten worse with keeping up on old friends. I haven't emailed Allison in months and I haven't emailed Morgan or Tamara in a while either. I miss talking to all of them. I thought about calling Allison to see if she had come home yet, but I'll do it later in the week.
Over all, this was a great year. I hated moving out and saying bye to everyone, but at least we are coming back and we all plan on keeping in touch with email and AIM. Working parking lot kinda sucked, but at least I got paid and I'll get to work front desk next year.
When I started to write in this journal some time back in sept or oct, I had a motto: Stay the Course. Well I did, and I came out on top.
So the motto for the summer is: Tap That Ass

Feeling Good
I know I should be feeling bad because Im not going to do good on my 8am exam tomorrow, but I dont really care right now. I just got done watching Ocean's Eleven and damn it was a great movie. It left me with a really good feeling inside. Im about to go practice piano some and then I think I'll have some coffee cuz I have to put out cones at 5:30 anywayz.
Travis got a call from Mozart today. Hopefully they will want him for a job there. Marcy is leaving tomorrow :( So is Venessa!! Geez, so many people to say good bye to. Oh well, I'll see most of them next year. I love my life :
