Fun Times

A lot has happened over the past few days I guess I should mention. First of all, my web site AppleKeynotes.com has been shut down by Apple Legal. Apparently, you're not allowed to watch Steve Jobs keynote speeches unless they want you to. So after getting about 50,000 hits in a week, we got an email from them telling us to remove all of the files. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. We have gained a lot of publisity from being shut down and have had stories written about us on some big name Apple news sites. We even got mention in my favorite Apple news podcast, MacOSKen. So that was pretty bad ass.

Also, I have yet again, begun to rebuild my zobarstyl.com page. This time I am using a program called Rapidweaver. I have heard and seen good things from it and I'm kinda enjoying it so far. I dont know weither or not I am going to switch my journal over to that page or not, but we'll see how it goes. I kinda like being able to write a post with blogger since I can do it on anyones computer where ever I may be. Well thats about it.

Quick Update

Wow I am good. Did i not earlier in the day say that I was over due for a run in with the ex?? I think I did. And who came into kharma tonight.....She did! I have always been able to tell when she was around with the exeption of the time I found her in my house...that was not a happy day....

Singles Awareness Day

I have lived through another Valentine's Day, or as a lot of us know it as Singles Awareness Day. The only difference between yesterday and last two Vdays, is that this time I wasn't throwing up sick with pnemoia. So at least that was worth it. But to make sure I didn't just sit at home alone all day, I asked Leisl to hang out with me for a while. We just went to Kharma and talked for a little over an hour or so. I enjoy talking to her one on one about whatever is on our minds. It just feels more personal and like we really are understanding each other. She decided to skip work which was cool, so we got to hang out a little longer than she had planned on. Turns out this girl that I thought might be interested totally got a boy friend over the weekend. Shows you how much I know about girls. I sent Angelica a facebook message saying happy vday yesterday and she replied back wishing me the same. Haven't seen her in about a week so I'm probably due for a run in sometime soon. Because you know, that always puts me in a great mood... Meanwhile, Rachel said that she might want to study tomorrow for our French test. She didn't show up to class and I didn't go to lab so I didn't see her today at all. I guess if she doesn't show up tomorrow in class then its just not going to happen. Well alright, I'm done. Go away.

Liesl's Sexy Party

Last night was Liesl's second dress up party. And I must say, while I still think the first one was better, I had a great time again. And to my wonderful surprise, a certain someone never showed...YAY! You have no idea how happy that made me. Joseph came along this time too. He said he had fun which is good and he met a lot of new people. I met this one girl there who was really cute, to bad she just wanted to go home and ended up getting kinda pissed at her friend so it killed her mood. I actually danced with Laura...It was awesome. I know I don't like to dance and she was freaking tall, but there is just something I do enjoy about having a girl that close and swaying to the music. awww. I'm pretty sure I looked good too last night in Travis' black button down he gave me. Liesl was of course looking very cute as was just about everyone there. And there is something about being dressed up and drinking wine with a lot of people that seems to add a new flavor to a party. It gives it a neat little twist that you can't get at a keg party. I hope Liesl has another party one day because I'm sure it will be a blast just like this one.

Alright, so I had to re-live about the last year and half of my life twice in the past 24 hours or so and boy let me tell you, its never a pleasent experience. So much has happened over the last year that its hard to even discribe acturatly. Leisl wanted to see pictures of the ex so I sent them to her and kinda ran through some things with her. Then Nicole wanted to hear about the whole thing because we ran into her in Kharma tonight. Well about 20min later when I was done with the story, Nicole half felt bad for me and half wanted to kill me and joseph. I dont blame her, I mean we did some bad things during that time. But thats what happened so I'm not going to lie about or leave it out because it was a major part of the relationship. I'm by no means proud of what happened but I wont hide it if I'm asked.

I tried to ask Rachel to hang out today but as soon as class was over she like bolted out of the door. So I couldn't catch up with her in time. But wednesday, wednesday she is mine! hahaha. Boy I hope she never reads this. Damn its 1:30am and I have an 8am class. Maybe I should go to bed. eh...fine....

Ya Never Know...

Alright, I'm tired of looking at the word Bitchy at the top of my blog so I've decided to put a new one up. Lets see what can I talk about. So there's this girl in my French class who looks remarkably like Angelica. I even thought it was her the first time she caught my eye. I finally found out her name today, it's Rachel. I didn't get a last name so I can't facebook her unless I want to try and comb through the 144 Rachel's I found. She seems really nice and is of course cute, but just the very idea that she reminds me of Angelica might be cause for alarm. Joseph told me to not even try to start to talk to her besides in class for fear that her resemblance to an ex would...well...cloud my better judgement. There may be some truth in that but since when do guys ever follow other guys advice about girls. Leisl's party is a week from tonight so that will be awesome I'm sure. Her last one was very cool and I can't wait to get to this one. Hopefully everyone there will be just as nice and as friendly as last time. I also got invited to a party by a girl named Kelly today. Shes moving into a new place next month and said that she will "definitely keep me informed." So that's pretty cool.

Supergrover practiced the other day. First time we had played together in months. It felt good to play with everyone again. Play real songs with a real band ya know? We are going to do Bruce Jam this semester I promise. I'm pretty sure this will be our last chance since well, Travis is probably going to move off to bigger and better things and who knows where Brandon will be. Ok this is a sad topic, lets move on.

I'm also trying to start up my web page again. This time using my new iLife application called iWeb. It is a very easy to use application but doesn't really do a lot of what I would like. Its like web page creation for dummies. And after making my last page in FrontPage, this seems like a breeze, almost to breezy. But oh well, I'll make the best of it for now and hope that the second version which should come out next year will be better. Ok well that's it now for now.
