A new year, a new motto

Wow, its been a long time since i last worte in here. When the summer was over, I went to write in it again and my computer crashed and i lost what i had wrote. So i was so mad i just lost all interest in this. But Im back.....yea!!!

So...let me bring you up to speed. Im now officialy a music education major and Im preparing for my first set of barrier tests. Should be really interesting. Ive met some new friends this semester. Lets go down the list:

I first met Sarah from crumley. I sarted off liking her, but she got weird all the sudden. That and i stoped seeing her for like 3 weeks, so I just kinda gave up. I still see her around and I say hi to her, but none of that other stuff any more.

Then there was Venessa, that was fun.....:( Yea, i liked her alot but she ended up just being a slut. I did ask her out, but she told me that i was pretty much just not good enough for her......yea......i dont talk to her much anymore. Its also werid because she lives in B3 just like venessa from last year.

Next there is jessica. Shes dating Travis now which is pretty cool. We knew her last year and we all thought she was pretty damn cute. Pretty ironic how travis is with her now. Oh well, gives the rest of us hope to keep going for what we see.

The newest addition is Desiree. Shes coming to band banquet with me on saturday which I was pretty suprised when she said yes. I had oringinaly thought about asking sarah, but then changed my mind to her. We've had some interesting times together, nothing I'd like to share with everyone online, but I would like to say that I dont think I've laughed so hard with a girl like I do when Im around her. Even if things dont work out the way Id like to, I'll still be friends with her. Hell, why give up a good friend.

Thats about it up to now. Pretty rough as far as emotional stuff goes, but I know I'll get through it all ok. Ive got my friends here and my music to relax me, so no matter what happens I'll keep my hopes up.

Its time for a new motto for this new school year, so this years is, "Never give up, no matter what." That applies to more than just one thing in my life right now. Especialy the marimba part, geez, sometimes i just want to quit being a music major. But I know I'll survive if i dont give up. Like I said last night to someone, Id rather loose than give up again.

Patrick, I loved your entry. I NEVER wanna see you give up. Persistence is what gets things done. Quitting is the easy way out but sticking it through till the end is waht distinguishes and adult from an ADOLESCENT!!!!! hehe (forgive my spelling) ttyl
